Policies & Appointment Info

1 - Late Appointment Arrival.

If you arrive 10 minutes or more late for a scheduled appointment, the service provider has the right to refuse service or reduce the length of the service to ensure that their next scheduled appointment does not have to be pushed back, depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.

2 - Cancelling an Appointment.

If you cannot make your appointment please call 707-763-6888 to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time.


Lost Items

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. When you leave our center, please check to make sure you have all your items with you. J’L Relax Center is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or misplaced items.


Packages, Gift Certificates & Gift Cards

ALTERED GIFT CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE HONORED.

PACKAGES, GIFT CARDS, AND GIFT CERTIFICATES THAT ARE LOSTOR STOLEN CANNOT BE REPLACED. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLEFOR LOST OR STOLEN CARDS. NON-REFUNDABLE & NOT REDEEMABLEFOR CASH. MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SERVICE OR YOU MUSTPAY BY OTHER MEANS & MUST BE PRESENTED IN PERSON, NO EXCEPTION.
